EasyWay Movers Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EasyWay Movers’ services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

EasyWay Movers provides moving services, including but not limited to residential and commercial moves, packing, and unpacking. Your acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a signed contract and a deposit. Full payment is due on or before the move date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Late payment may result in penalties as outlined in the contract.

3. Liability

EasyWay Movers is not responsible for damage or loss of items that are not properly packed or secured. We will take reasonable care of your belongings, but we are not liable for damage or loss caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of God or unforeseen events.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, as detailed in the contract.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

6. Changes to Terms

EasyWay Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
